HAPPY BIRTHDAY, DADDY!

Would everyone please join me in wishing Ward a very Happy Birthday!


I certainly wish that he was here to enjoy his birthday presents (some toys from cane-iac), and I make everyone a cake on their birthday, with a favorite character on it. I asked Daddy what he wanted on his cake and he said he wanted:

I send him, in his daily letters the best posts of blogland, so he can stay connected. So if you will be so kind as to wish him Happy Birthday, I'll print it out for him.

    Happy birthday Ward. Your cake looks delicious. I'm sure June will put a piece in the freezer for you to enjoy when you come home.

      Thanks, Hermoine :) Yes, we put some in the freezer, but I'll make him a whole one just for him when he gets back!

      Thanks, SNP, very much! We did. We went out to dinner, and we had his cake, sang Happy Birthday, went to the American Legion & made a donation in Daddy's name. The only thing that cold have made it better would have been Ward being here :)

    Thank you everyone - your wishes are on their way to Ward! If you were unable to add your wishes (MonstrsNightmare said her post wouldn't stick) I did some tweaking - no more captchas - yay! and hopefully it will work now. Thanks again, very much guys!

    Woo! I know I'm too late now, but Happy Birthday to Mr.Ward. *(funny, since we are actually watching Leave It To Beaver right now, made me go, ohhh crap I needed to try again!)

      Awww, thanks, lil sweet dream! I just reprinted the page- no biggie - no mail tomorrow anyway. So it's not like there will be a delay :D Yeah, lol, Leave It To Beaver - he does like to dress up like that once in awhile & of course his uniform - YUMMY - he fills everything out so well - Dang, girl, I'm gonna get myself in a state!
